FAQ

"Are any of your Controllers Phobs?"

-At the moment, I do not work on, or build Phob Motherboards.

"Can you help me with repairing my Phob Motherboard?"

-I personally do not repair or build Phob Motherboards in anyway as of right now. However, I do have a 2.05 Phob on the way so I can study it more for future customers that have Phobs and need assisstance. I do have a modder friend (W0mp303) who builds Phobs exclusively at the moment and I am more than confident he can help you.

"Is there anywhere I can go to have work done on my Phob right now?"

-The "PhobGCC" Community has a Discord Server that is a one-stop-shop for all questions and concerns regarding Phobs

"Do I need to reset my Snapback Module?"

-Yes, these Snapback Mods require a reset if playing Vanilla.

-While on the Character Select Screen for Melee, if you notice the hand drifting around by itself, simply hold down "Start" "X", and "Y" simultaneously on your Controller for 3 seconds without touching the Joystick or the C-Stick. This will then recalibrate your Controller and you will be ready to play! It's as simple as that!

"Do you negotiate deals on your prices?"

-All Controller Prices are precalculated and finalized before they even hit the Shop and are non-negotiable.
(Unless there is an active sale/discount)

"Do you ever host giveaways?"

-Yes, once in a blue-moon, I will do a Giveaway Contest on Twitter or Live on Twitch so always be ready for those.

"What kind of Z Button Mod is it?"

-They are Tactile Z Buttons meaning it makes a 'Tac' sound rather than an OEM soft 'click' sound. The 'Tac' is much louder, more definate, and far more satisfying to hear.
-This is also not to be confused with Mouseclick Z Buttons. Those have more of a 'tic' sound. Identical to clicking a modern mouse when using a computer.

"What kind of Trigger Mods are they?"

-Clipped, Heated, and Lubed Triggers.

-I do not own or use Trigger Plugs.

-My Triggers usually contain Trigger Brackets and strategic Back Shell clipping to prevent getting stuck in light shield.

-I am only satisfied with a Trigger when it is 'ping'less, short, smooth, direct, and consistent in terms of feel. The Button Pad is also strategically and precisely perforated for an easier, effortless press. (I do all of this to BOTH Triggers. ABXY Button Pad is also strategically and precisely perforated for optimal use)

"Do you accept Returns or Refunds?"
-I give a 24 hour window upon delivery for everything to be set and stone before I deny Returns. *No refunds accepted so please double check your order and shipping information before finalizing your order!*

"Will you just send me a Controller for free?"
     -Hahaha, No.

"Are you really 6'3" ?"

-Yes, and it hurts, most of the time.
